When you make a reservation, we only ask for the details needed to create a great night and to confirm it with you.
Who is responsible for your data?
Allure Caribe Club, Plovdiv, Bulgaria, is responsible for the information collected through this website. For any privacy question, or to update or delete your details, email info@allurecaribeclub.com.
What we collect
Reservation requests may include your name, telephone number, email address, chosen event, party size, table preference, celebration details and any notes you choose to share.
Why we use it
- To receive, review and confirm your reservation request.
- To contact you about your selected night, table or special request.
- To manage the safety, service and operations of the club.
- Only with your permission, to share selected future events and special nights.
How long we keep it
Reservation records are kept for up to 12 months after the selected event, unless a longer period is required by law or is needed to resolve a booking matter. Marketing consent is retained until you withdraw it.
Who can see it
Your details are available only to authorised Allure Caribe staff and carefully selected providers that help us operate the reservation system, such as secure database and email-delivery services. We do not sell personal data.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, or withdraw marketing consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection.
A reservation request is not a confirmed booking. We contact guests personally to confirm availability and the final details.
